Charles Wilson brings a breadth of experience in dispute resolution across all aspects of Private Client Law and Commercial activity in diverse contexts. Acknowledged widely for sound judgment and client-centred focus, Charles provides specialist advocacy and advice in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious Private Client Law and Commercial Disputes. His areas of practice include Tort, Insurance, Succession (including Wills, Estate Administration and Family Provision Applications), Consumer Law, Trusts and Equity, and all aspects of partnership, company law, franchise, distributorship and business sale disputes.
